All this heat reminded me, I need to get a beer made up for summer!
3 gal batch
5 lbs Maris Otter
.5 oz Goldings @ 60 min
Wyeast 5526 Brettanomyces Lambicus
Nothing to it really, I've never fertmented a beer with 100% brett either, so we'll see where this one falls. Shoiuld be ready in 1-2 months so just in time for the summer and the middle of baseball season

Go crazy next time with something different
and try an ale yeast!
