Black IPA goodness
I can't remember who brought the Black IPA to the meeting but I am gonna need that recipe. That was delicious!

Black IPA recipe
Hey Nailer, here is the goods -
6# light LME
2# pale ale malt
12 oz. Belgian Aromatic
2# Crystal 60L
4 oz. Black Malt
Mash @ 154 for 1 hr.
1# Carafa II 450L added before recirculating wort and fly sparging w/ 1 gallon of water
Added water to brew kettle to reach 6 Gallon for boil
Hops:
1oz.Magnum 75min
.5oz. Columbus 30min
.25 Columbus 20min
.25 Columbus 10 min
.5 Columbus flame-out
1 oz. Glacier @ 7 days (dry hop) secondary
1oz. Nugget @ 7 days (dry hop) secondary
WYeast 1056 American Ale yeast (starter)
