Not to be gay (not that there's anything wrong with that), but I really miss you fuckers.
Y'all had better keep the club goin or I will kick ALL your asses.
I wont be able to brew until I move the household goods - that could be months from now. So I suffer from post brewing depression, with no cure in sight.

Is that Sweetwater IPA at $6.99/6pk at the Super WalMart? Halleluia! I'm cured! God Bless the South!

She said "i don't know, he's tall as you , grey hair, glasses". Describes 30% of the male population of Keene NH.

Just remember: this batch had a stuck ferment on a less than virulent strain of sierra nevada yeast. Had to repitch a known good strain (1056) on top and complete the ferment.
The EXA has an interesting flavor profile due to this frankenstein yeast. I catch some anise or licorice type notes - but to me its not bad at all.
