Help with gluten free beer recipe

hey fellas, i have a friend that wants me to brew a beer for her but she has a allergy to gluten. do any of you have advise how to add body to a beer like this?? thanks for the help guys!!

You could always add something like Malto-dextrin powder, or lactose. I'm pretty sure neither of those have gluten but I'd have to double check. From what I've gathered they aren't easy beers to make. Beer is supposed to have gluten ya know, but I have a few customers who have had decent success so good luck
