Big no Epic Brew Day

Gentleman,

as you all know big brew is Nov 3 10:00 am at my house I will send an email with directions/ address.

This is what we are doing as I remember it:

Everyone is bringing their own recipes / ingredients

Kevin bringing all his equipment and a propane tank? and demonstrating BREW In a BAG and brewing?

Bob B is doing all grain with his system? recipe?

AJ and I are demonstrating the semi automatic electric brewing system and brewing a Belgian Golden Strong

Dave is demonstrating extract brewing and brewing ?

Is there anyone I left out?? Ellis?

We have an extra turkey burner and pot/wort chiller and I have a hose with water available for chilling

I have water with a known water report and AJ can do water profiles if you want but we need to know what you are brewing

Besides brewing equipment what do we need?

anybody have an easy up?

I have chairs

Do we have anybody from outside the club coming - I put a sign down at Brewtopia wih RSVP to Website email.

What am I forgetting?

Also we should discuss bulk grain group hop purchase etc.

Let me know what I am missing!

Cool name brew dude.I have a ez up I'll bring and I can bring my boil keg and 15 gal.water and pre heat water If you don't mind me comming over early say 9:30.I can allso bring a swamp cooler and another chiller and some ice to pre chill the chiller If thats cool with you all.Oh and I have a friend who wants come.HB.

It actually worked out kinda cool, nov 3 is national learn to brew day, so we really got some pictures, maybe get em posted on the aha site. Should be a blast, minus that whole "get up before noon" thing

One thing that I thought of that is kind of a biggie is what are we doing as for the cost are we all brewing and then splitting the cost and the beer?

Also if we are doing yeast we need to know what to start asap!

I think what you bring is your contribution, thats why i'm bringing water. I think everyone who is brewing is buying there own supplys and then turn in receipt.We'll split it up.As for yeast each brewer will bring that allso,but if thay need help with a starter I can help if anyone needs it.HB.

I can bring whatever you guys want, including food. just let me know. can't stay the whole day though. bummer . two small kids at home and don't want the wifey gettig too mad at me. we're bringing beers to this shin-ding to taste i'm assuming, right? can't wait. see you guys there!

I will be brewing an English pale ale. Ingredients, including yeast, are in-transit. I have my brewpot, fermentor, etc. and I will bring a propane tank. I NEED someone to bring a propane burner and some 'good' water. My cost is $35 but I will take less in order to come in line with the all-grain method and cultivating yeast which I do not do.

I can bring a second burner for you ski an brew.$35 is resonable for your kit you shouldn't have to take less for it.I'm bringing a friend with me I want him to learn from you how to brew pm.method.See you on the 3rd.HB.

As far as I'm concerned we voted to brew extract, we'll pay for it too, as long as we get some beer! Haha, I know we'll have a spare burner kickin around, and I'm gonna bring some of my stuff just in case. English pale ale sounds great, can't wait to get out brew on!

Been a rough time lately with a death in the family and my hard drive going south . My plan is to bring every thing I need to brew and ferment the beer (- the wort chiller). I have an extra tank and will bring that.
My plan is to brew a quiet storm stout in the brew in a bag. I will plan on using the yeast cake from that batch to pitch for the beer that will be going in the whiskey barrrel.
I agree with all other comments made about just bringing the receipt and we can have the elder just refund everyone the cash. Then we can see where we are at and determine how much each share should be.
I am also thinking of posting the event on nh365.org website. If you concur Darren I will do that. We would have to post the address.

I will bring all i need to brew, thinking a cream or milk stout but i have to find a recipe. Any goods ones you all know out there?? Can't wait! ~Bob

Holy shit did bob finally post on the forum!? That's awesome, I love milk stouts, check out brewing classic styles, always a good reference point
