Big Brew II

We are set with equipment for Big Brew II unless we add a 4th beer.

Tony needs and is collecting head count to better estimate and collect money to pay for grain bill. Also if we get enough Participation we could do a 4th beer TBD

Water - We need a total of 35 ga. We have 4 5 ga jugs I will leave at Brewtopia for El Hefe Pickup plus the 10 ga El hefe Jr will be bringing we need about 5 ga more unless we decide to add a 4th Batch.

El Hefe jr is bringing his cooling setup - we will grab a big bag of ice from brewopia. All ale cooled with garden hose.

I will have all yeast set for ales - EH Jr will have yeast cake for Pilsner

Currently doing a part count for building stir plates and will contact members that requested parts this week.

I will get the bottles tomorrow and then we will drop them off at Tony's. I have a 5 gallon bucket that we can use to get the 25 gallons needed.

How are we looking for a headcount? Are we possibly going to be doing fourth brew? I may need to have swmbo sew me up a new BIAB.........
